It is our goal to offer personal, courteous service and the very best in clean rental equipment. It is very important to us that you have a successful, Signature Event.
Deposit PolicyA non-refundable 50% reservation fee is required to guarantee all reservations. The remaining balance of your account may be paid monthly for your convenience. The remaining balance MUST be paid one day prior to your event. If the remaining balance is not paid in full, you may not pick up your rentals, and/or SIGNATURE EVENTS will not deliver your rental supplies.
A CREDIT CARD is a MUST if you intend to rent from Signature Events. The credit card is needed on file to ensure Signature events will be compensated for damages of rental item or if items are not returned. The credit card is also required on file for items that are returned dirty.
Terms of Use
- All items must be returned to us the same way you picked them up or received them thru our delivery to you.
- A charge equal to the replacement, purchase value will be assessed on all items damaged or lost.
- All rental periods begin when the items are picked up or delivered. You are responsible for all items during the rental period. The rental period concludes when items are returned to us.
- Rental periods are for up to 48 hours. All items must be returned prior to 4 pm. on their second day of rental. If items are rented for a Saturday they must be returned on Monday prior to 4:00 pm. Additional charges are applicable for past due returns.
Both delivery and set up are available for additional fess. Items will be delivered to the closest door unless prior arrangements have been made for set-up. Pick up will be at the nearest door, with all items cleaned and stacked for easy access. If additional time is needed to retrieve our items, there will be additional charges.
